My favourite type of sport is high intensity interval training which is a special type of training used by many professional athletes. High intensity interval training is what the crossfit exercise system is based on. This training works all the major muscles of your body while a the same time giving you a great exercise because you are constantly out of breath. Sport is good for you because it can help you reach your fitness goals and maintain a healthy weight. They also encourage healthy decision-making such as not smoking and not drinking. Sport is also good for you because it reduces pressure and stress. The last sport day I had in school was a dancing lesson which I didn’t quite like, because it was really nothing special, because we were just learning types of dances.
